17. I can’t sign into K-Net MyAccount?

We recommend you try the following;

  1. Did you sign up for myaccount.knet.ca
  2. Did you receive your confirmation of account setup email?
  3. Did you click your confirmation link?
  4. Did you click forgot password?
  5. Did you use the temporary password?
  6. Did you try using a computer?
